At the end of our second year, we had doubled our staff, volunteers and the number of families we served. Fundraising revenues had increased 300 percent. We were valued partners of the United Way, county government and the people of Santa Cruz County. And we opened a second office in Watsonville to serve the southern half of our county, with a special focus on families whose primary language was Spanish.
